Telehealth therapy
Our telehealth services provide a solution for individuals who wish to attend therapy sessions in the comfort of their homes and maintain easy access with work or travel. Get rid of the commute and into accessible counseling
Individual, Couples and Family Therapy
Lionheart offers individual, couples and family therapy with a specialty clinician. For sessions involving more than one client, a therapist will be able to provide access to the therapy room to multiple people. Heal and grow, whether your loved ones are near or far!

Consults
Lionheart provides consultation to professionals and companies, big and small, to address in house issues or conduct various staff trainings. These may be bespoke presentations and activities for the specific company to more general company needs like trainings on burnout prevention or equality in the work place.

Internal Family Systems and Character Developent Workshop
Lionheart is leading a workshop at the Our Laughing Hearts Retreat in Woodstock, NY. The event is January 17-20, 2025.
This workshop includes an introduction to the IFS framework and gently uses it to identify internal experiences and desires. This will lead us into an artistic Character Development in order to gain better understanding of all the different parts of us that influence our daily experience and the play we put on in our own minds.
This workshop is continuoulsy avilable in group settings and smaller individual scale.

OUR PAYMENT POLICY
- Lionheart is an out-of-pocket practice that offers a sliding scale to meet your budgetary needs as well as super billing.
- We offer therapy packages of 4, 6 and 8 sessions at a discounted rate.
- We have PAYMENT TIERS that you may opt to participate in!
- Redistribution Tier- You can volunteer to may more, from $25 extra to an entire session fee, in order to help make another client's sessions more accessible to them.
- Retributions Tier- for those that have not experienced financial privilege are are currently experiencing financial hardship, utilizing funds from the Redistribution Tier, we will create be able to provide sessions at a low to no cost.
- Residency Program- We have wonderful Resident Therapists on our team! Sessions with a Resident Therapist is $30.
